"Very enjoyable"

Julia

Our two kids, a 13-year old boy and an 8-year old girl had a wonderful time in International Language Camps. Both were more than happy. We are a Russian family and it was really great because the kids had improved their French as a language. They had learned English in the lessons, they had a lot of different sports activities and of course the nice friendly atmosphere of pure Swiss alps Megev and nice people who organize all of it.

Thank you very much for your message, we hope to see your kids next summer in Megève!

"Was hoping for an intensive language immersion week, instead got an adventure camp where many languages from around the world were spoken."

Guy Karen

Teachers spoke mostly English to my children!

The camp focused more on activities instead of language learning.

The young teachers could not handle behavior issues appropriately, so it took most time away from learning.

Expectations were not set at beginning of the week with parents. A parent meeting would have been nice.

At International Language Camps we consider the quality of the accommodations to be an essential condition for the well being of the participants, and therefore our programs are organized solely in top quality hotels.
Campers enjoy staying in either double rooms or suites (4 people) decorated in the Alpine style synonymous with calm, comfort and relaxation.
This 3* hotel invites you to enjoy its relaxing, laid-back ambience. A chalet that combines tradition and comfort, the charm of a cosy atmosphere.

We are the only camp organizers to propose accommodations of this quality.
We employ the following criteria for room allocation:
same sex,
same age group,
different native languages.
Safety and security are of top importance in our camps. The counselors' rooms are situated close to the children’s rooms, on the same floor.
We are very conscious of allowing the campers time to rest, depending on their needs. Bed time varies, therefore, depending on their age and the activities planned in the program.
To maintain an organization at a comfortable level, we deliberately limit capacity to 40 children per session. This allows us to create a multicultural dynamic and to look after the well being of each of our participants.

Meals

The children have their meals in a restaurant Our chef focuses on creating a balanced and delightful menu for our campers. We will provide special menus (vegetarian, gluten-free etc) with advanced notification.
