Everything has been easy and pleasant: from the housing at the Tagaste student residence (very clean, comfortable and close to the school) to the welcoming of the Expanish school teachers and students.
I had chosen the 20h pack which was ideal to refresh my Spanish in one week. Our teacher was very good in providing a mix of vocabulary and grammar exercises, conversation on various topics and debates. One day we went to visit an exhibition at the Biblioteca Nacional and we had to write an article about it. Living like a student at 49 years old has been really nice and fun ;) On the afternoon, with my friends we visited Madrid's barrios and museums and enjoyed very delicious (and cheap!) restaurants. A really nice experience I highly recommend.
Thank you for sharing your detailed and positive review! We're delighted to hear that your experience, from the comfortable and convenient housing at Tagaste student residence to the warm welcome from our teachers and students, was easy and pleasant. It's wonderful to know that the 20-hour course was ideal for refreshing your Spanish and that you enjoyed the mix of vocabulary, grammar, and conversation exercises.
We're glad you had fun living like a student and exploring Madrid's neighborhoods, museums, and delicious restaurants. Your recommendation means a lot to us.
We hope to see you again for more enjoyable experiences!
I liked a lot my two-week intense Spanish course. I liked also the option of two one on one tutoring in the afternoon. The faculty and administration were very knowledgeable and genuinely excited. The school was small, but yet inviting. I liked that the school offered different activities every day, which was a great opportunity to meet other people from around the world and exchange our experiences. All students were regardless of their age or level of Spanish were treated with respect. During my stay, I felt welcomed, like being at home. I can't wait to visit the school again next year. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
