English is the international language of business. We have therefore developed a special, flexible, 12-module course designed to rapidly improve your business communication skills. Every 12 weeks, we recycle the modules with a fresh syllabus. This means students who wish to study longer and consolidate and expand their knowledge of a particular area, can do so without repeating any material.
The “English for business” course consists of 6 lessons per day. The first 4 lessons (Lessons 1 - 4) are the same as the lessons in our “General 20” course. During these 4 lessons you will rapidly improve your communication skills in a variety of everyday situations. In 2 of these 4 lessons, you will cover the following areas: grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation. In a further 2 of these 4 lessons, you will concentrate on: speaking, listening, reading, writing. You will use a textbook in conjunction with a wide variety of materials and exercises including roleplays, authentic materials, newspapers and magazines.
After the first 4 lessons (lessons 5–6), you will take a range of electives to rapidly improve your business communication skills. In each module, through a combination of written exercises, presentations, dialogues and role-plays in realistic business situations, you will practice and improve your skills in: business vocabulary and “buzz words”, email, memo and letter writing, negotiating, interviewing and telephoning in English.

Nice school, friendly staff and nice surroundings. Teachers were professional and made the student feel comfortable.
Show details » Read more...I signed up for "English for teachers" and expected to be among teacher fellows and to concentrate on the science of teaching. The "English for teachers" part was actually just the 5 hours private tutoring and the other 20 hours were spent in a group of people with B2 level. The classroom was too small but the book and the teachers were good. There weren't as many activities organized as the website advertised. The housing was a bit far from the school but great.
Show details » Read more...I was there for five days. I could learn a lots of words to increase my vocabulary. In addition I improved my listening and only a little my speaking.

The school is located in a good place. You can find different options to have a lunch. The problem with LSI is you can not take your lunch in a close place inside school, and also you do not have a microwave to heat the food.
There are many activities that you can take for free or paying a promotion price, and you can have fun with a lot with teachers and students.
I recommend this course to future students.
I was in LSI Brighton only for 2 weeks, it was a little time to have a lot information.
For me this was a beautiful experience because I came back to the past when I was young without the problem of young people.
About the school I liked teachers and tehir methods, manly Rachel and Jhon.
