this school is very helpful to study Arabic.
All of the classes are composed of a few students. Everyone studying here is attentive and hard- working.
The teacher is interactive,. They kindly correct mistakes of students. The content of the classes were academic, but discussion topics cover daily ones.
I think this schools is the best place to learn arabic.
Studying Arabic at Arab Academy has been a brilliant experience - I have learned a huge amount and I feel very happy with the progress I have made and the skills I have acquired. Fatima and Rania are excellent teachers and I am very grateful to the both of them. They both have engaging and supportive teaching styles and create a comfortable and motivating environment in which to learn. They are also genuinely lovely people who care about their students' wellbeing as well as their education.

My daughter loved Arab Academy and most of all, her teachers. Her teachers made learning fun and entertaining. They encouraged her to speak Arabic at all times.

I knew the building and class rooms from my stay in 2009. Not so much was changed, it was ok then and it is still ok, efficient and cozy.. The school organized a fellowship on the Nile, unfortunately I could not go with them, but I think it was a great idea, as well as the classes. Thanks to Ahmed Samir, who took the test before I started I was put in a A103-course -class with one other student, Sometimes it war. s a challenge, but I was so glad that Ahmed had put me in that level, it stimulated me to do and study a lot, what I wanted to do. I had 4 different teachers: Amr, Ahmed ..., Shierien and Ahmed Samir. They were all very different as well as their classes, but all of them were good. They knew exactly what the others had done with us, so that was very good. I also liked the fact that after 1 hour another teacher came in.
.so ... ++++ ,
kind regards, Hilde
The classes were nice and the teachers were really helpful and kind. The location of the academy itself was perfect and the level of the classes was perfect for someone who had never learned Arabic before. Sometimes the level of English of the teachers was not that high, but not so low that it caused any major disruptions in my learning.
Show details » Read more...My experience at Arab Academy was amazing. Since I had private classes, the teachers really took the time to focus on my specific needs and skills. I feel like I really improved my Arabic, especially speaking. All the teachers were very kind and helpful, and they all spoke perfect English. The location of the Academy is also great. It is located in a good area close to the Egyptian Museum. Overall I would highly recommend Arab Academy to anyone who wants to learn Arabic and discover Egypt!
Show details » Read more...Throughout my life, it has been a dream to master the Arabic language. By no means have I mastered it but Arabic Academy is helping me towards that goal. The teachers and facilities is top notch and if I had a chance to choose another school to help me prepare and learn Arabic, this would be the school that I will always choose. The teachers not only care about you but they also make your learning a top priority. The housing I choose was not exactly what I would like in the future but the school only advises you on how to obtain housing and leaves the final decision up to you. Please don't hesitate to contact the school for the best teachers in the world. Especially Ms. Fatima and Ms. Shireen. They were great!

I liked it all!
Arab a academy is a nice place, In a good location and with easy access. The teachers were very friendly and kind, they were always trying their best. The material was also very helpful! My only objection is, that some of the teachers there have to improve their knowledge in English language!
Show details » Read more...I have only good experiences from Arab Academy. The teachers was all very well educated and had a great competence in how to teach the language. They was also very good in inspiring me, and helped me with the difficulties to start learning a new language. I only studied for two weeks, but I feel that they helped me to open a door to Arabic language. I'm very grateful for the opportunity they gave me. And it also means that I can continue my studies in Malmo in a way I could not be able to do with out them. This kind of opportunity does not exist in my hometown.
I had also booked a course together with other students but it was only me who came. But they didn't cancel the course. They gave me four hours of individual teaching every day without any extra fee which I could not been able to finance on my own.
I had no idea that I have found such a good school when I went to Cairo. I really hope to come back next year and stay longer. I think there methods of how to begin study also was good with a clear structure and help from computer program.
It was also a very good atmosphere at the school and all the stuff was nice and helpful. The facilities was very good with nice classrooms and with kitchen there you could have your own food etc.
Maybe they dont have so many students who just come for shorter courses and or dont know so much about Cairo. So the only difficulties for me was to find the school and some other practical issues. But ofcourse the school dosent make any arrangement like find a place to stay etc. Which i didnt expected either.
I had some questions about my safety as travelling alone as a woman in Cairo and they helped me with some information about that before.
So the only thing that was a real problem for me was to find the school. Its in an area with small streets and no taxi drivers know how to find the place. The school gave me a map before but it was still difficult. The taxi driver also asked the people in the streets but almost no one could help even if I had the complete address in Arabic. Finally I found the school and when you know where it is, its not far away from a bigger street and not so difficult to find. So in the future I think it would be a good idea if they can help a new student to find them the first time. But of course it was a little special for me because I didn't know anyone in Cairo before that could help me. And Cairo in it self is an adventure to find places in in generally. The taxi drivers don't know many streets at all and ask each other for help when they are driving. Anyway, it doesn't mean that the school was great. I will give the school feed back about this and of course also my good Experiences.
As I wrote, a Doors has opened for me, and the the teachers are very well educated and the school had a nice atmosphere which also is very important.
I'm really grateful for this opportunity!
I do thank you, Arab Academy stuff for everything. For what you've invested in patience, creativity, and hard work, and thank you for your flexibility.
Especially at the beginning it was extremely challenging because I started in the intermediate low level - but it was so right to do it! The location is awesome, in a quiet corner and very close to the center of the city, Cairo. I enjoyed so much the walks, bus or taxi rides to my classes - and the different routes. There were many ways leading to Garden City.
I have learned so much in different areas and directions (in the language). The Arab Academy provided very good prepared materials - in different fields or let's call it different topics. The teachers are using different media (video, newspaper, white board, books...). They are very open and flexible to areas of interests from the students side.
More than once I was asked why and for what I want to learn this stuff...
From time to time there were activities organized, like sightseeing, spending time in a boat, eating together...
About housing I am not qualified to say anything about it - I had my own flat, I have rented.
Now, I am working as a translator in a house where under-aged Syrian refugees live.
