Course description

The Intensive Plus Spanish course is designed for people who want to learn or perfect their language skills from Beginners to Advanced levels. Students will learn or perfect all the basics of how to communicate with plenty of time left over for sightseeing, relaxing on the beach and exploring Malaga. Our interactive methods of teaching and the teaching materials have been designed to satisfy communication needs from the simplest to the most complicated, making the development of both written and oral expression easy. Grammatical concepts are assimilated in an easy and effective manner. This course helps you to have a better understanding of the cultural and social aspects of Hispanic life. We help you to develop the subtleties of the language as much in the cultural and communication aspects as in the lessons.

"Excellent teaching; facilities occasionally a bit over-crowded"

Cecilia Kinross, student from Australia

Our teacher, Alice, was excellent. She knew her craft, was always lively and cheerful and made sure all the students were engaged.

The location was fine as my accommodation was on east side of Malaga as well. Close to the beach and not too far from shops and restaurants.

I think tea and coffee should be provided during the breaks, even if charged for, as there were no other facilities close by. There was often a queue for the toilets, so this needs to be remedied.

I enjoyed the walking tour. I think a tour by bus could be offered as well. Otherwise I organised my own activities.

Accomodation was barely acceptable standard. The location was fine, but the room was tiny and the only window opened into the kitchen! There was a curtain, but still no barrier from the noise. There was a tiny skylight, but the place was cramped and airless. The good news is that the host Maria Theresa was friendly and very helpful. She lent me her bus pass as they seem to be impossible to buy on a Sunday! She was very chatty and even accompanied me on my visit to the Music Museum.
