The one-to-one Spanish course in Bogotá is available for all levels, from complete beginner (A1) to proficiency (C2). These classes are tailored to meet the individual requirements of each student.
Our personalized one-to-one courses can assist you in improving any aspect of the Spanish language that you wish to focus on. The start date is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate the new student’s schedule. Additionally, the pace of learning is customized to match the student's abilities and needs, ensuring they are comfortable and enjoy their learning experience.
The courses emphasize comprehensive development of all language skills. Each class is structured carefully and includes grammar, reading, oral comprehension, written expression, and oral communication exercises. All necessary materials will be provided by the Spanish World Institute.
The course also begins with a complete needs analysis, followed by the development of a work program agreed upon by both the teacher and the student. A specialized individual study plan will also be prepared to further support the student’s learning journey.
The minimum requirement is two hours per day, amounting to a total of ten hours per week.

The Spanish school is situated in one of Bogotá's most traditional neighborhoods, Chapinero Alto, which has remained largely unchanged over the years. Local families still operate the small supermarkets and shops on the corner, while young residents are opening new hotspots, making this area trendy and beautiful.
The school is conveniently located near tourist sites, cultural attractions, and business districts, as well as homestay accommodations, hotels, and rental apartments. There are also many recreational facilities, parks, and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
Two of Bogotá's largest parks, National Park and Simón Bolívar Park, are just 15 minutes away from the school, offering numerous opportunities for sports and outdoor activities. Additionally, every Sunday, you can enjoy "Ciclovía," an event where several kilometers of main roads are closed to cars across the city, allowing cyclists, joggers, and dog walkers to enjoy the space.
The Spanish school is easily accessible by buses from anywhere in the city and is only 30 minutes from the international airport and the bus terminal.

I like that I was discouraged from using any English. The activities were also great, and the teachers were superb. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn or improve their Spanish.

These homes are often between 20 - 30 minutes away from the school by public transport. Families usually offer affordable meal plans that allow you to sample the local cuisine. If you have special requests or diet restrictions (because of religion or health reasons), please let us know in advance. We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged $45 when you register.
