SENIOR 50+ COURSE
The Senior 50+ course is a package that includes the Standard course and excursions/activities and is aimed at adults who want to share an experience of language study with people of the same age.
However, lessons are held with students of a wider age group (not only 50+) but with the same level of Italian as well as all our courses.
Lessons are focused on the study of grammar, conversation and at the same time, some social and cultural aspects of the host country. On the first day of school, students will be given a welcome pack containing information about the city.
Students will be required to take an entry test prior to arrival to determine the appropriate level of study.
The course includes 4 classes a day, from 9:00 to 13:00 with a break at 11:00. Each lesson lasts 55 minutes.
Lessons are held by qualified teachers with experience in teaching Italian to foreigners.
In the event that there are less than three participants per class, the Italian lessons will be reduced to three hours (from 9.00 to 12.00) and for one student per class they will be reduced to two hours (from 09.00 to 11.00).
Activities and excursions take place in the afternoon.
Minimum participants 4 people.
If the minimum number required is not reached, students will only take the standard course and will be able to book excursions separately.

The school’s location is central and easy to get to. The classrooms are light and airy. The teacher was first rate. I felt I learnt a lot in a relatively short time. It has set me up well for further advancing my Italian.

Classes were so nice and fun. Teacher was so lovely and I just love every morning
That I could go To school and saw my teacher and other student.
Housing was perfect!!!
I like everything and I learn so much of Italian language!!!
This experience was great. The classroom was a piece of art. The teacher was really efficient and super friendly. The location of the school is simply dreamy. The housing was amazing.
As you can see we loved our experience. The only negative side was that it was not possible for us the contact our housing host before getting there. Since I am traveling with a 11 year old daughter, I was a little scared by that.
No worries once we got there, though. My troubles were gone.
But still not being able to speak to her before did stress me a bit.
Over all, the best experience of my life.
