Stuttgart offers both the excitement and buzz of a big city and the beauty of southern Germany’s forests, hills and vineyards. Famous for several important brands of the automotive industry, Stuttgart has also been voted the most beautifully situated city centre, and by its inhabitants as the most liveable city in Germany.
200 meters above the city centre is Möhringen, home of FOKUS and Stuttgart’s two musical theatres and many international companies, surrounded by fields and forests, close to the airport and new trade fair centre, yet only 15 minutes from the city centre!
Great. Time table is perfect for me. I need to have class only night time due to the work.
But they make new course for me. It was so touching my enthusiasm to study the germany
By the way I definitely need to learn the germany for work. So I will keep taking this class
Everything was OK, teacher was soo nice, colleagues also (variety of nationalities!), well located, next to motorway and place to park.

1. The teachers are extraordinary: they correct us, they are very patience, definitely experienced with all levels of students;
2. The place was good for eye contact in free dialog between students, clean, worm and close to Bahnhof which is really important;
3. Activities in course: complete menu (listening, reading, writing and free dialog);
I didn't like:
The mix between 2 levels of students too far away from each other in knowledge.
I would split our group in 2 categories: students that still struggle to read and pronounce the basics with much effort and students that can improve significantly with the right speed and just need more practice and more vocabulary.
Until now (when all of us got into the new module: A2.1), everybody had to wait for the same explanations on some basic topics over and over, seminars in row, which is definitely decreasing the productivity of some of us. If I miss 3 lessions in row and I come back, I don"t fell like i missed a lot of information.
I like the tolerance of teachers with all of us, but a better split among us as students would help a few people going further much faster than is happening now.
FOKUS is a great school. It is easy to get to by train, and the train stop is right across the street from the school. The staff is friendly and nice. The teacher has been wonderful. She explains everything in detail and always includes a "cultural moment" in her class and that makes her class stand out!

I found that after a while, I was a little ahead in my class, and unfortunately, there were no other classes at a time that would be suitable for me. I also found that even at late stages of the course, new students were being added. This provided a very constructive atmosphere in the classroom, however, the classes became very slow for my liking.
I also found that it is not very easy to apply for days off. There is no scope of an additional class if you are unable to submit the vacation schedule well in advance. This was troublesome for me as I knew I would be unable to attend a class the next day, but since the school wasn't very close, I tried to call and check if I could take the day off. I was informed that it would still be counted as a regular class for me.
I understand that it is the school's policy, however, it can become difficult for working professionals.
Overall, I did enjoy most of my classes in this school and I would like to praise my teacher there, who helped me in every way.
Our teacher was very good. Her explanations were very clear. My class had seven participants. That's too much for me because I want to talk more. If there was a free working space, I could learn by myself. Otherwise I am satisfied.
