Show details » Read more...I thought that i bought a course in "Spanish language and cooking". I was so wrong!!
I did the tests of level from my home as i was asked to, several months before the course. When I arrived, i was told that my level was a little low, but go on... Every day i had a handwritten note for the day; and there was no cooking on these notes. Every day i asked the schedule-planner, when i was going to visit the restaurant, the winery etc. but nothing happened. I seemed to me that i was the only one who bought this course, and that they never planned to carry through the cooking-part og the course.
At day 4 i was told that my level was to low, and that was why they had cancelled all the cooking plans. I was SO angry!!!
If my level was to low, they could have told med, before i payed the course, before i bought airplane tickets, before i went to Murcia, and before i had wasted my time on this.
when i went angry and complained in the office, i was told that I was the idiot...i was aggressiv...and I was not good enough!!
Then i left the school and never looked back!!!! Dont waste your money and time on these people. They just want your money, and then you must take care of yourself.
Only few good things; a nice teacher in class, and a very nice houselady where i lived (Private)
Dear Dan. I am sorry to hear from you and your bad experience. Checking out our records, it seems that you had an A1 level of Spanish when you booked a specific language course, such us a Spanish + cooking course.
Obviously, we suggested you to book another course or to take some extra lessons to get a minimum level requested for this course. In our website it is stated a minimum of A2 to enrol in this Spanish+Cooking, by the way. As they say, one needs to learn to walk before learning to run. And that was our suggestion. So we tailored make your lessons according to your level with no extra costs.
I very much doubt we called you names as you claim in your review. I understand you were angry and dissapointed and you might have heard something different.
We do not want just money, dear Dan. We treat students in a professional and decent manner. More than 7000 students and 20 years of experience speak for themselves.
In any case, again, I am sorry you did not want to hear our arguments and left the office the way you did.
I really enjoyed all the lessons, the teatcher was the best
of the world
Thanks a lot for your review, dear Quentin. We hope to see you again in Murcia for another Spanish course. Merci!
