The English for Business course is offered as an elective course in the Intensive course of study and helps students to effectively communicate in many business situations. The course consists of 20 lessons of general English, 8 lessons of business English and 7 lessons of structured study each week.

The Business English Program consists of three classes: Business Communications, Business Theory & Meetings, and Business Practice. This course will prepare you for all aspects of the business world, from presentations to PowerPoint, negotiating to socializing, and phone skills to letter-writing.
Develop English skills for employment and practical business situations.
Topics include handling telephone calls, negotiating, networking, managing meetings, interviewing, and socializing in a business environment; as well as the ability to write effective business memos, letters, e-mails, informal and formal reports and presentation materials.
All English language skills and grammar are considered within a business context. The course consists of 10 hours per week of classroom teaching plus 5 hours per week of Individual Business Programme.

How long should I study?
The minimum duration for a language course is usually two weeks, but students benefit the most starting from the 3rd and 4th weeks of their language course, after they get used to the new environment. By this time, the early distractions are over and the student has "settled in". The average student takes about 12 weeks of language studies abroad.
