This is the School's main General English course and all four language skills are covered: reading, writing, speaking and listening, with a balance of language structure (grammar) and practical usage. It aims to increase learner's confidence in communicating effectively in English, while ensuring that classes are fun and interesting as well as educationally stimulating.

Centre of English Studies gives students the unique opportunity to study in two countries in any of our centres. The Multi-Destination Course gives students the opportunity to live in both England and Ireland and more about the culture, history and social life of both countries.

Students follow the Standard General English course in the mornings and take business options three afternoons a week from Tuesday-Thursday. The business option is designed for students who wish to improve their communicative proficiency in a business environment.

On our Combination course, you will follow the standard course in the mornigs and you will have two afternoons of individual lessons. These are designed to meet your exact requirements.

This class is a fast track to everyday communication. You’ll improve your proficiency in all four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

It is a fast track to communicating in everyday situations, such as booking appointments over the phone, making returns in a shop, describing the haircut you want to a hairdresser or barber, or dealing with problems in your hotel or rented flat.
