Precisely for this reason, Gateway School of English, itself a family-run establishment, offers a course of study that allows parents to bring their young children along with them to learn English, using facilities on the premises that ensure a flexible and enjoyable stay.

Gateway School of English offers all year round Junior Programmes for students aged between 11 and 17 years. We offer group programmes as well as programmes for individual students who do not wish to travel with a group.

Would you like your child to learn English while enjoying a family holiday in Malta? Our junior course encourages your child to learn new language skills, including vocabulary, everyday English and grammar. If you would like to join an adult programme, we have the right course for you too.

This preparation course is a specialised content based Language Course for International Students. The course aims to develop students’ academic English Language Proficiency enabling a smooth transition and entry into local schools.

Minimum stay: one week The sun-kissed island of Malta is a treasure trove of beautiful beaches, crystal blue seas, and centuries of history, all topped off with that chilled out Mediterranean vibe. Malta’s first all-purpose campus with combined accommodation and academic spaces; purpose-built and designed with the student at its core.

If you have young children (2-7 years), you can take an English Course while your children are being supervised within a secure and safe environment. The doors to our Playschool opened in 2010 to outstanding success and the sound of children’s laughter.

This gives them the chance to work with their private teacher on a specific area that is needed whether it is exam preparation, fluency, writing or simply improving their English speaking confidence.

The Junior / Teen English Course is designed to offer students aged 8-12 or aged 13-17 an exciting and memorable educational learning experience in Malta. It is possible to add at group lessons One-to-One Private Lessons for extra intensive study either before school or in the afternoons.
