Mainz's Old Town district, with its lovingly-restored half-timbered houses and dazzling Baroque cathedrals, is a great place to begin your experience in this lovely urban center. Do a little wine tasting along the Old Town's Augustinerstrasse, the city's former main thoroughfare now populated by romantic cafés, shops and taverns. The Gutenberg Museum, also situated in Mainz's Altstadt, is one of the oldest and most comprehensive printing museums in the world. Be sure to see the world famous Gutenberg Bible while you explore the exhibits! When you're finished in the historic center, you might like to head to the Electoral Palace, a majestic early Baroque building that now houses the Romano-Germanic Central Museum exhibition. German Course in the evening
For those, who do not have time to attend the intensive or standard German courses in the morning or afternoon, we offer also evening courses with 4 lessons per week, 2 lessons per evening.
The German Courses in the evening contains as a standard and intensive course the training of such skills as speaking, writing, reading and listening comprehension.
Private German Lessons
For those, who do not have time to attend group German courses and are looking for fast and efficient language skill improvement.
Intensive German Course
20 lessons (x 45 mins or 15 hours) per week
Lessons normally take place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:30. The four morning lessons focus on the main areas of language learning: grammar and language work, reading and listening, communicative activities and speaking practice.
Studienkolleg Admission Exam Preparation Course – Exam Preparation Course
The students whose school living certificate is not equal to the German one or the students, who have not got the direct admission to studies, have to study for one year at Studienkolleg (study preparatory college). To get the admission for it, you have to pass the entrance exam.
