"An excellent, community oriented language course that I would recommend to anyone"

Jordan Collins, student from Australia

Everything was very good. The teacher I had was great and we would often just chat in Spanish to practice together. There were quite a few meetups with old students that were fun and made me feel like part of a community. The location was easy to get to from where I was staying with my host family (who were very kind people and made the best food ever) and the facilities within the school were great.

"Will be coming back!"

Abigail Meuli, student from UK

with a lovely host family who helped me get to know Ronda. At Entrelenguas, the enthusiastic staff and small class sizes meant I learnt a lot in a short space of time. The organisation and their ethos is fantastic, and I would love to go back. Thanks again!

"Amazing, brilliant school and teachers. Host family amazing and volunteering - La Cruz Roja."

Marcia Bravo, student from UK

It was am amazing experience from the start. My host family came to meet me when I arrived and took the time to make me feel comfortable including orientation of the area and the school, which put me at ease. The school was brilliant, everyone was very friendly, teacher's were excellent and made learning Spanish fun. The mix of small group classes and individual classes really helped to improve my confidence and understanding. My program included a volunteering program with La Cruz Roja, was excellent and my speaking skills increased immensely through speaking daily with the public and volunteers.

My housing was excellent and located near Entrelenguas and other famous landmarks like "Puente Nuevo", " Plaza del Torro". The food prepared by my host family was amazing and they were very supportive and encouraged me to keep practicing my Spanish.

I am looking forward to returning soon and would recommend the school to others. Ronda is a beautiful village, with lots to do and see and everyone is very friendly.

"Wonderful: I can´t wait to go back!"

Elsa Maishman

I feel very lucky that I found Entrelenguas. There were so many Spanish schools, and so many places to go to learn Spanish that I consider it a miracle that I found the best one. The first thing I would say is that the atmosphere is unlike that of any other language school at which I have studied - it´s a small school and from the first moment I felt welcomed and valued as an individual, rather than just a part of the crowd of many students. The school has a lovely central space, so it´s a nice place to hang out and chat with the teachers or other students after class. The classes that I had were fun and always went by too quickly - and I could feel that I had improved a huge amount by the end of my stay. I also got the chance to attend a lot of the school´s events and day trips - all of which were good and fun, and meant that I had time to get to know the staff and other students. Finally, the location is stunning - Ronda is a beautiful city and I loved going for walks during my free time - through the city and the peaceful local countryside alike.

"Entrelenguas - again, please!"

Małgorzata

I would recommend this school to everyone. You will have a wonderful experience. Professional, nice and funny people. There are classes for language, cooking, dancing. See Ronda and other places. In addition, we live with the Rondeña families who were hospitable and cheerful. From the first moment in school and at our hosts' house me and my husband felt like we were friends. We are very happy to spend time in Ronda and would love to go back there! Hopefully!

"Amazing!!"

Gil Solano

Escuela Entrelenguas is the sole reason that my wife and I are returning to Spain this year. The staff is beyond friendly, more like family. Mar, Javier and Alex are natives of the great country of Spain and they take great pride in the traditions of Spanish culture that we Americans dream about. They will teach you everything from learning Spanish to going down to the local butcher and obtaining ingredients for the perfect Spanish meal.

In conclusion, you must do yourself a favor and visit these wonderful people. Whether you're in town for an hour, a year, know Spanish, do not know Spanish, the Entrelenguas team will meet you at the same level. So go have fun and experience something you'll never experience anywhere else.

"An engrossing experience where one learns a whole lot more about Spain and the Spanish way of living, other than just learning a new language."

Michael Buckland

The location and the teachers -- whether I have specific leasson from them or not -- are joyous, friendly and always helpful. I feel I am learning at the right pace for me (well, maybe I could go a little faster). The school is an important part of my week and adds positively to my total experience of Ronda and Southern Spain.

I feel a need to be better at conversational Spanish. And maybe I will discuss how to improve on this. But otherwise, I am very happy with the teaching method.

"Learning Spanish in an amazing, friendly, setting"

Claire Gesterkamp

My boyfriend and I studied Spanish at Entrelengas for a month in 2015.
We had the most amazing time at the school, the staff were friendly and we learned so much.
Mar and her team were extremely accommodating. I emailed her many times before we started designing a course for my partner and I that worked for us. We studied with a tutor in the mornings four times a week and we also attended group sessions 2 times a week. It was really useful having this mix of class styles as we had both dedicated learning and the practical application that comes with interacting with other Spanish learners.

While we were studying at the school, the team helped us with many things, recommending restaurants, translating articles, even finding us a gym!

We really appreciated the efforts made to teach us and the setting of this establishment is incredible.

We chose to arrange our own accomodation

"Incredible Instruction in a Beautiful Place"

Steve Hirsch

Escuela Entrelenguas was like a home away from home for our family of four. We took language classes there, each of us at a different level. The teachers are phenomenal, using only Spanish, as much as possible, and pushing us to learn more, in a fun and comfortable way.

In addition, Entrelenguas is a place to stop, hangout, grab a coffee, learn about activities in the area, participate in a group hike, or get connected with local events. There is no better place to be in Ronda that will give you the opportunities to interact with local people, whether they run wineries, are artists or musicians. Whether you are in Ronda for a few days, or a few months, Entrelenguas goes a long way to make you feel a part of this wonderful community.

Thanks so much to Mar, Alex, and Cri for making our time in Ronda so incredible (and educational).

"Entrelenguas is home away from home, the most natural way to learn a language"

Kid de Winter

This is a cool school, these guys are great. Entrelenguas organizes lots of activities in and around Ronda. You meet - and can stay with - local people and they organize it all for you. Everything is in a relaxed atmosphere, I feel really welcomed here. If you wanna do something about your Spanish skills, this is the place to go to.

"More than just a place to learn Spanish"

James Taylor

I have been learning Spanish with Entrelenguas since May 2015. I currently do two 90 minute classes each week in a small group. When I first started I also did one-on-one classes which are very well priced. Mar is a fabulous teacher. She is so patient and encouraging and very passionate about her school and it's pupils. The classes are very relaxed and lots of fun. It doesn't feel like a school at all but you learn a lot. The school itself is in a lovely old building in the old part of Ronda just 5 minutes walk south of the New Bridge (Puente Nuevo). The interior is very relaxed and open place. There is a separate room for the classes but there is always a nice buzz around the place.
Apart from teaching Spanish, the school also runs and organizes lots of cultural events and tours. For example you can go hiking or take some Spanish cooking lessons. Alex and Javier look after all this and are really friendly and know Ronda inside-out. The emphasis is always keeping things local and promoting local culture and products. If you are new to the area or just visiting, I highly recommend these guys!

"Amazing people, amazing environment lot of Spanish."

Reka Ulbert

I really liked that Entrelenguas was more than a language school. It offered a wide range of off programs and several alternatives to get together with locals and explore the area while talking and improving your knowledge in Spanish language. Everyone was helpful and energetic. One thing which could be improved is to monitor the participation of the people in the class, to give and even push everyone to participate - for example, to read out loud the texts, to write on the board, etc.

Sorry I don't know which month I was there :) Kisses to everyone. I hope you are doing great!!

"Excellent school!"

Lewis Foakes

Entrelenguas is a school like no other. It's perfectly located in the south of Spain and surrounded by stunning mountains. The school is in the older part of the town, across the bridge that separates the two parts of Ronda, and is in a big open, modern space. The staff at the school are fantastic. They are so friendly and helpful and will do anything they can to help you. I'm doing an intensive course at the moment and I'm really enjoying it. I'm learning loads. The school has WiFi too, and you can even come and relax with a coffee when you don't have class. I'd recommend this school to anyone and everyone.

Ronda

School location

Surrounded by beautiful mountains and the traditional white towns of Andalusia, Ronda is situated in the province of Malaga, in the south of Spain. It is only 45 minutes away from the sunny Costa del Sol and two hours from both Granada and Seville. In the new part of the city, you will find lively Spanish bars and restaurants, the main shopping streets and the more urban side of the city. The old part is more tranquil and stands out with its charming narrow streets, unexpected hidden corners and white-washed houses. Entrelenguas is located in a modernized and restored building in the Barrio San Francisco, one of the older and more traditional areas of the city, only a few steps away from the main sites of interest of Ronda.
