Horizonte has been offering German language courses for adults since 1986 and is a proud member of IALC. Our experienced and qualified teachers create a productive yet fun learning environment.
Our quality courses are suitable for students (min. age 17), adults and all kinds of professionals. We offer courses for all levels throughout the year with starting dates every Monday (beginners once a month). Students can choose between Standard, Intensive and combined courses, Business German, 1:1, exam preparation, German for medical professions, for hotels and tourism, …

Accommodation
Students can opt for a room in our on-site residence, in the same building as the school:
38 rooms, single and twin, en-suite with shared kitchen or in shared apartments. This is the perfect place to make international friends while cooking or studying together. There is free WiFi in every room as well as a private fridge. The residence is self-catering only.
Our friendly host families are also a great option for those who prefer to live with locals. They are happy to welcome our students to their homes, all of which are not further than 20 minutes from school.

The school and residence are located in the medieval city centre of Regensburg: charming, small and safe, yet very lively. Regensburg was named a UNESCO world heritage site in 2006 because of it's uniquely well preserved medieval centre. 150 000 inhabitants and 30 000 university students enjoy the city's vibrant atmosphere, green surroundings and many cultural offerings throughout the year.
Located only 75 minutes from Munich airport (direct trains), Regensburg is a great place to explore the south of Germany.

The social activities and cultural leisure time programme that Horizonte offers after classes are an easy and pleasent way to immerse in German culture and make friends while practising German. The current activities programme is available on our website.

Our school in Regensburg Our “Deutsch Sprachschule in Regensburg” is situated right in the heart of lovely Regensburg. You will find us on St. -Georgen-Platz 10 in 93047 Regensburg. Our school offers classes on all levels, from A1 for beginners, B1 for medium advanced learners to C2 for the experts. In addition, you will be able to choose what topics you would like to cover; thus courses in Business German, Commercial German or a special German course preparing you for an official test or a certificate are options. So, it does not matter whether you are an absolute beginner or provide of some knowledge of the language or if you are out to perfect your German, at Sprachschule Aktiv Regensburg you will find your tailor-made class. If you do not yet know which level you are at feel free to pass an entrance test free of charge. We will look at the results and recommend the right course that suits your purposes and status. You can also find German classes on special topics. We offer you classes in Business German, Commercial German or German for medicinal staffers/experts. In addition, we offer you special classes preparing official tests, e.g. the “Deutsches Sprachdiplom”, certificates TELC, DTZ or TestDaf/DSH. So, whatever your aims, you will find the right course at our German language school!
