I I had such a lovely time at Lewis School of English in Southampton, even if it was only for a week. All the teachers (even the ones I only spoke to once) were kind and helpful, so it's been really easy to fit in and I felt at ease when speaking to them. Lessons were interesting and fun, and I loved being to take classes with people from all around the world.

I spent 2 weeks there, and this period was a very nice time in my life like the glorious sunshine. I very liked the personalized style of teaching and the brilliant, kind and comic, but at the same time very serious teachers. I felt more confident in English than ever before. Thank you for your kindness and helpful attitude.

The school was a gathering place and not just for lessons, but even during these the atmosphere was really positive and encouraged to improve and get involved.
I have followed the conversation club several times and loved the BBQ parties and the pub nights.
The professors were really good and able to get every student involved. I also appreciated the diversity of topics covered in the afternoon classes.
I highly recommend school and family, they have made a stay abroad for me one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.
The teachers were very nice and were always open for suggestions. Personally, I would have liked a jogger level, especially for sprake geweest. In the end Is don't have the feeling that I learned a lot, do for people that already have an acceptable level of English I would not reccomend this schiol. Southampton is a beautiful place andere I would really reccomend everyone to visit it. The student were very diverse and open tot welcome everyone. The houding was ok, but the service was not fully according to the description. Overall I liked it a lot :)

The lessons are well structured, there are many activities in the classroom and the best thing is to be able to compare with young people from different countries and cultures. My teachers told me that I'm an individual who have brought life in the classroom and I'm very grateful and happy for this. We have done a lot of activities and plays with the other guys and in this way the lessons are pleasant and not boring!A great way to learn current English.I highly recommend it!
Ps: the only one problem for me in all my journey in England was the lack of real italian food
Well,I have to say that my stay in Southampton was amazing. I didn't participate much on the activities because I only stayed for two weeks, but my friends from the class attended the BBQ night and they said it was great. I loved the classes, especially during my first week first class. Unfortunately, there weren't such great people in the second class. Well I mean, they were nice and fine but I liked my first week's class more. And also I really loved the housing! I stayed in the Crescent place and it was just great! I loved the fact that I had my own bathroom and a huge bed! Of course, the teachers were amazing too! Again, I liked Katie and Jonathan more, but Ian and Sean were great too! I'm looking forward to coming back next year!

The teachers are friendly and make you feel comfortable in the school environment.
Turning now to the location, moving between house and school felt easy and simple. The location is in a strategic zone- close to the Solent University and near to the center and the lush parks.
Talking about activities, I have to say that they gave me the opportunity to travel and visit a great many places in the South of England, which I liked so much and it was a useful time to practice what you studied in the previous lessons.
For two weeks, each working day, I attended LEWIS School. I had 2 courses per day, it was worth 3 hours, but it's not sufficient. Next time, I will take 3 courses per day at least. In class, we weren't a lot, about ten. The teachers are dynamic and nice. During one course, we often changed subject and it was interesting. We worked all : oral and write comprehension, speaking, writing, grammar, vocabulary, expressions. We put on everyday life situations. There were plenty of free and paying social activities: sports, games, evening parties. The receptionists were kind and careful with students. The housing was an old building which has been renovated. The classes were luminous and vented. There was a computer room which was in free access.
Out of school, I lived in friends' house in Southampton. And I know that LEWIS School proposes accommodations near the building.
It was a pleasant trip. I familiarized with the English, I improved my vocabulary and I strengthened my grammar.
Journey to do again!
