Everything was wonderful.
The location, facilities were very comfortable for learning and interacting.
The teachers were the best. They were always worried about my learning needs, and helping me to improve. They were committed to have frequent activities to interact with all the students and to get to know Hamilton and Ontario.
I loved to study. in Metropolitan College
It is a very nice place to learn, the teachers are very good, however the classes are not classified by appropriate levels, there are only two levels, basic and intermediate-high; which does not really focus on your entrepreneurship, the ELS program they handle is more focused on the structure of the language, listening, vocabulary, and grammar, but it is very basic writing and pronunciation, (which for me was indispensable, since that I cared to know how to pronounce the words correctly).
The location is excellent, the director is always willing to help if something is offered, they are very cordial and gentle.
In my experience with the lodging it was a real problem at the beginning, I think that they really do not know the place where they will be staying, they only make the contracts without really knowing the situation, if you get to have problems with your lodging, mention it instantly.
In general it is a school where you will have fun learning.
The experience was amazing, great people, the teachers are focus in help you with everything, in special with your speaking and listening skills, It was the best experience of my life.
Show details » Read more...Everything was amazing. The environment there make you feel so welcoming, also, each teacher has incredible skills to teach. Therefore, you can learn English in many ways, and it is almost impossible get boring. Because all that you learned on class you can put it in practice, with the different activities or scenarios that they make up to challenge your self, and it triggers that your english improve.
The transport is easy, because you can ask the way or just check it by Google Maps. It is so weird if you find traffic jam, so I did not worry for think that I would waste time on traffic. But just I have to care about to go out on time, to take the bus, that it is up to everyone.
About the housing, I never got in trouble with her, but we got few issues about how much food I ate, it was the only part that I did not like .If I am honest, I really like homestay, she is so kind, solidarity, and fun too.
I liked everything of Metroplitan College, the teachers are so good and funny, the classes in spite of are little bit small are gorgeous, the activities are good

-I listened to the noises of the street in the classroom
- When I finished my 3 weeks, There is no test to know if my level of English increase or kept
This is the best school. Convenient and well-equipped classes. Excellent and highly qualified teachers. An individual approach to each student. The school is located very conveniently.
housing is not suitable
It’s was a good and pleased opportunity to study in metropolitan College because it’s got a very nice teachers and the owner is nice as well, he used to do some activities each 2 weeks and make the students happy and offer free food and let's students feel like home by sharing story and experience with other students.
The college location was excellent which is in downtown where you can find everything you need.
But the school wasn’t that modern and the class were small sometimes it’s 10 students in the class and sometimes up to 18 which is overloads to the class.
There was no plan about what you will study so you can see your progress it’s always different topics and students are coming in and going out each week ,that wasn’t issue for me but some students tell me we don’t like that.
The things that I didn’t like is the family it’s wasn’t good and over materialistic and to much animals till you can’t sleep probably and finally we surprised that there was other college which is more modern and low price ten time less then the metropolitan College!!!
In a following question is depending on the person I will tell him how the school is by answering his questions and he will decide to join it or no.
It is a good environment, every one is open-minded and is happy to help you not only with the language but in general to make you feel welcome in the school and in Hamilton. It was a good experience

Show details » Read more...First of all, I was expecting the school much bigger than it is. In fact, it is a very small building and doesn’t look like a school. But I went there to study and who cares about the size
Show details » Read more...The location is great and easy to access.Teachers are friendly. They have microwaves and tables for lunch. I had a wonderful time and I strongly recommend it to everyone. Homestay always depend what tipe of family you are into but usually it is a good experience. If you are not used to following rules, maybe rent an apartment is a better option. In general, I had a great experience in Hamilton!

For homefamily, I live in basement and have a own private room but I did not like because price is very expensive (CA$1,050 for 4 weeks with breakfast & dinner) & homefamily ask me to do housework with them. I don't think this is my job. If you let me know in advance that's fine. Anyway, I have good experience in this 4 weeks. Thank you.
The school is small, but the students and teachers made it better.
Great location with facilities, near the bus station and malls.
Every weekend we did something with the whole class.
I had a great experience but I was expecting a test to see how much I have learned. I would like to receive a certificate about the course and a feedback about my development.
My week at Metropolitan college was very interesting. The teachers were very friendly and captivating. I was in a small group, that's the best way to learn! In Metropolitan College I met lot of people form Asia, Europe and Africa. I learned so many things about Canada and Canadians. And we also visited a museum, it was a good exercise for comprehension and to learn more about Canada's culture
I was a little bit sad to go back home.
