Polonus School is for foreigners who want to learn Polish. We have a location in Lodz city. We specialize in teaching the Polish language and culture. We will prepare you to participate in everyday communication or to study or work in Poland.

Classrooms

Our classrooms are designed to facilitate learning in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Free wireless Internet access, study space, portable DVD/CD players for independent study, big-screen video projector, book library, coffee, tea are available at the school for student use.

Personalized Teaching and Highly-Qualified Teachers:

Our teachers are native speakers with Master in Polish Philology with a specification in Teaching Polish as a Second Language. They will personalize every lesson according to your Polish proficiency, goals and personal studying methods.

Flexible Schedule

If any of our programs don’t fit your schedule, we can organize a study plan that fits in with YOUR schedule and needs. We’ll find the best Polish program for you.

Preparation for Certificate:

You can confirm your level of Polish language proficiency and get an international ECL certificate in the Polish language.

Logistics:
The courses are conducted between 8.00 a.m. - 9.00 p.m.

We create small groups (usually 2-6 students).

The courses are conducted in classrooms or at student’s premises if requested.

Events and activities:
We organize a wide variety of events and for students to discover Polish eg. extra classes, events, trips, free city tours, movie nights and others.

Before the course:
You will write a placement test that is free of charge. Taking into account your Polish proficiency and native language, you will be enrolled in the appropriate level. For the beginner level courses, no qualifications are required.

After the course:
You will take the final test and receive a certificate confirming your language proficiency.
