Junior English courses in France are for children ages 8 to 12 and teenagers ages 13 to 18 who want to study English in France. 4 - 8 week courses available in the summer from June to August.
Language classes at ALPADIA are especially adapted to a young and dynamic clientele looking for more practice. Topical and motivating subjects, varied activities, work in pairs or in small groups and project work for which the participants must actively mobilize all of their language knowledge allow them to quickly improve their communication skills.
General English Course: 15 lessons (x 45 mins) per week
Lessons normally take place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 11:45. Each of the three morning lessons focuses on a specific area of language learning: grammar and language work, reading and listening, or communicative activities and speaking practice.
Intensive French Course: 20 lessons (x 45 mins) per week
The Intensive Course consists of the General French Course plus an additional lesson per day (11.45 -12.

How long should I study?
The minimum duration for a language course is usually two weeks, but students benefit the most starting from the 3rd and 4th weeks of their language course, after they get used to the new environment. By this time, the early distractions are over and the student has "settled in". The average student takes about 12 weeks of language studies abroad.
