Our standard English course is designed for students wishing to improve their communication skills. Students are taught in small classes by trained teachers in a relaxed and friendly environment.
This course starts every Monday and runs from spring until autumn. Students will take part in 22.
Our 50+ programme combines a course of English lessons in the morning with a selection of afternoon and evening activities designed to appeal to mature adult students who want to enjoy Jersey’s tourist attractions and beautiful scenery in the company of other people of the same age-group. Students take part in 22.5 hours of English tuition per week, 15 of which are within a group and the remaining 7.
From the rocky cliffs of the north to the moonscapes of the east, you will be surprised at the diversity of landscapes you will find on such a small island. On our English & walking course, you will spend mornings learning English at school, followed by coastal and inland walks taken by teachers and activity staff who will provide you with a greater understanding of the island and its ecosystems.
This course combines morning lessons with a range of exciting activities in Jersey, such as bowling, banana boats, kayaking. Optional evening & weekend activities are also offered, such as sports evening and a BBQ.
For a good mix of English lessons and afternoon activities students should choose the semi intensive course. Students study English every morning, with afternoon lessons on two afternoons.
This course combines morning lessons with a range of exciting activities in Jersey, such as surfing, RIB tour, bowling, banana boats, kayaking, paddle boarding aerial trekking. Optional evening & weekend activities are also offered, such as sports evening, beach games and a BBQ.
For a good mix of English lessons and afternoon activities students should choose the semi intensive course. Students study English every morning, with afternoon lessons on two afternoons.
After a morning in the classroom learning English, students can enjoy the thrill of surfing at the beautiful St Ouen’s bay in Jersey. Surf instructors cover all the basic skills & water safety before entering the water and will help build on these skills & confidence throughout the week.
