This course is aimed at non-native teachers of English or other subjects, working in secondary schools, who already use or intend to start using CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) in the classroom. CLIL is used to teach students subjects such as arts, history and maths, through a foreign language.

Who is the course for? Teachers of English working with secondary school students or adult learners. Although materials and course content are in English, nearly all the ideas and techniques are easily transferable to the teaching of other foreign languages and the course is therefore also suitable for teachers of other foreign languages.

This course is aimed at non-native teachers and educational staff who are interested in developing their English language skills to be able to communicate more effectively and with greater confidence. Participants will be able to ‘brush-up’ and practise their English in an English speaking and interactive environment.
