Junior German courses in Germany are for children ages 8 to 12 and teenagers ages 13 to 18 who want to study German in Germany. 4 - 8 week courses available in the summer from June to August.
Intensive German Course
20 lessons (x 45 mins or 15 hours) per week
Lessons normally take place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:30. The four morning lessons focus on the main areas of language learning: grammar and language work, reading and listening, communicative activities and speaking practice.
During the months of July and August we offer Summer Youth Courses. These courses are an excellent opportunity to dive deeper into the German language while also enjoying the beautiful summer in Heidelberg.
We also organize group courses for young people including pupils and teenagers. These program can take place in private groups as well as being part of our regular groups.
Language classes at ALPADIA are especially adapted to a young and dynamic clientele looking for more practice. Topical and motivating subjects, varied activities, work in pairs or in small groups and project work for which the participants must actively mobilize all of their language knowledge allow them to quickly improve their communication skills.

The Residence Course is the ideal choice for all those who wish to spend most of the time with their fellow classmates and who are interested in an extensive leisure time and sports program. Together with the DID staff the students stay in a nice youth residence which has been reserved for our participants.
