Long-term German courses in Heidelberg are for students who want to beocme fluent in German and have the time to learn German for an extended period of time.
The language academy Alpha Aktiv specializes in German courses and it has much expertise in the field of intensive courses.
We offer German courses at all levels of the Common European Framework (CEF), from beginners level A1 to the almost fluent level C2.
Our Intensive course 30 are designed for students who want to study German as quickly and thoroughly as possible. It is a special semester course that our best and most disciplined students can take; weekly evaluation tests as well as a close inspection of homework and progress of the students make sure that the group stays on the same level and studies as fast and efficiently as possible.
Acquisition of the various language competences in homogenous learning groups, levels A1 to C2.
Educational Leave courses are recognised by the Educational Leave laws of the federal states of Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Bremen and Hessen.
The course consists of our main course and one of the following modules (students can choose according to their language proficiency):

This course is designed for students who wish to apply for a German university and want to pass the German University entry exam.
42 weeks Intensive Course (20 lessons per week) from A1 to C1 + 4 weeks of TestDaF / DSH Exam preparation course

Level B1: 8 weeks
Level B2: 9 weeks
Level C1: 9 weeks
Exam preparation: 4 weeks
--> 46 weeks in total
Combination of our Intensive course 20 Classic and Module course 10 HybridGrammar, Conversation:
which means standard German and exam preparation;4 TH per day following a closed syllabus and consolidation lesson with focus on grammar and conversation in the afternoon.
Available for levels A1-C1.

You are staying in your teacher’s home, have one-to-one language lessons and continue to use and practise your language skills sharing the daily life of your teacher’s family during meals, conversations, visits and activities as they all take place in the language you are studying.
