Scuola Toscana offers you two different cooking courses, one where you can study Italian socializing and having fun with cooking classes in Italy, and one more complete and intensive, with a lesson and a different menu every day.
At DA Siena you will study Italian language in the mornings and, twice a week, you will take our hands-on evening cooking classes with our expert Chefs. The course caters for all those students who intend attending a training course for chefs or a course
of specialisation in Italian Cuisine, and who need adequate language preparation. The course is also

Bologna is perfectly situated to offer Italian language students easy access to the beautiful and historically important treasures of North Italy.
The course in home cooking does not have a professional character and is intended to familiarise students with the Italian familiar typically dines.
During the course the participants will learn in a practical manner the basic principles of Italian cooking, such as pasta, stews, bread and pizza and the typical dishes of Italian regional cuisine, such as saffron rice from Lombardy and pasta alla Norma from Sicily.
A course of a mainly practical nature aimed at providing basic concepts and information regarding the main Tuscan and Italian wines and their combination with the main dishes of Italian cuisine.
This course must be attended together with a language course.
For one week you’ll literally have your hands in pasta alongside a “real master” in this field, grandma Maria that will teach you all her secrets in the Apulia cuisine!
