Travel to Prague, one of the world’s most beautiful and cultured cities with a dynamic music and arts scene. Enjoy the world’s best beer in the brewery towns of Plzeň and České Budějovice, or visit the chateaus and castles of earlier centuries throughout the Czech Republic. Located in Central Europe, the Czech Republic is just a quick trip away from its neighboring countries in Germany, Austria, and Slovakia. Although the Czech history dates back over 1200 years, the Czech Republic has only been a country since 1993. Taking Czech courses in the Czech Republic is an ideal way to experience the ancient customs and cultures of a new and budding country. Visitors can enjoy the local cuisine of the Czech Republic as well; a typical meal might consist of a soup course, or polévka, followed by a course of very heavy pork, beef, or duck and knedlíky, or dumplings. Then sit down with a glass of Gambrinus beer to wash it all down.
Group classes are ideal for those who have limited time during the week to attend language courses.

How long should I study?
The minimum duration for a language course is usually two weeks, but students benefit the most starting from the 3rd and 4th weeks of their language course, after they get used to the new environment. By this time, the early distractions are over and the student has "settled in". The average student takes about 12 weeks of language studies abroad.
